The ultimate goal is to have your web pages listed in the top 10 for the terms you can capitalize by turning them into sales. There is no reason to target words or phrases that have special meaning to you and not your target audience. Don't waste time on search terms that equate to vanity. If we weren't paying then the next PPC ad would get the traffic. Some people find value in the fact that you are willing to pay for their click.
